Implementation Manager
Location: Edmonton, AB
Constructive Strategies Inc., is looking to fill the role of Implementation Manager - an ideal position for candidates who wish to utilize and further develop their project management and client relations skills. If you are an organized and detail oriented professional, with excellent communication skills and an in-depth working knowledge of project cost management requirements, procedures and systems, we'd like to hear from you.
Primary responsibilities:
- On-site management and delivery of enterprise information systems for clients in the industrial construction market
- Gather and scope business and system requirements, assess risk and develop risk mitigation strategies, manage scope change requests, document processes and system functions, and direct and manage the on-site project team
- Develop cost and schedule budgets
- Facilitate weekly progress meetings
- Manage the expectations and relationships with our industrial construction clients.
The ideal candidate:
- A minimum of three years' experience with information systems implementation, training, support or project management
- Experience in the industrial construction industry - oil & gas, petrochemical or power
- In-depth working knowledge of project cost management requirements, procedures and systems
- Comfortable with project deliverables/steps - project charter, requirements, and schedules
- Confidence and ability in an analyst and consultant role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to act as a strong team member.
