Scott Cuthbert, Chief Executive Officer

Scott Cuthbert brings over 15 years of experience to his role as COO for Digital Time Capture Inc., an innovative solution for time and cost management. He has worked throughout North America as a management consultant for the construction industry which gives him a unique understanding of the challenges DTC’s clients’ face.

Scott's extensive experience with financial systems and administration in the construction industry led him to develop DTC. His leadership on large-scale consulting projects and implementing technology infrastructures has contributed to the overall success and growth of DTC.

Prior to launching DTC, Scott served as Chief Information Officer for Constructive Strategies Inc. (CSI), where he led various technology-infrastructure initiatives and consulting engagements. He also held the position of Chief Operations Officer for CSI where he developed and implemented operational processes and systems while leading and managing diverse consulting projects.

Additionally, Scott held the position of Partner with iomer inc.; a Microsoft development partner in charge of leading and managing complex technology based development engagements, and worked as part of the senior management team for Acrodex Inc., in business consulting, training and project management. He also acted as a manager for KPMG Consulting, developing new and innovative service offerings.

Don Anderson, Chief Financial Officer

Don Anderson has more than 20 years of experience working in large-scale management consultancies, as well as entrepreneurial ventures. He experience in various industries, and his results-based focus to detailed planning, has led him to develop a sound financial and administrative infrastructure for Digital Time Capture Inc.

Don's experience leading multinational, multi-disciplinary teams on large-scale projects serves DTC well. He has consulted for some of the world's leading firms in industries including telecommunications, manufacturing, utilities, retail and industrial construction, giving him a solid understanding of how businesses can best use technology to improve efficiency.

Before joining DTC, Don served as Vice President, Finance and Administration, for Metacom Corporation and Vice President, Finance, for PolarTek Industrial Controls, Inc. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer for HeadCount Corporation, helping the company grow into North America's leading provider of retail traffic reporting services.

Robert Oska, Chief Technology Officer

With nearly 20 years of commercial software development experience, Robert provides DTC with leadership in all technology infrastructure and systems architecture. Robert is a civil engineer with a passion for technology.

Prior to joining DTC, Robert was a partner and co-founder of ArdSoft Inc., a successful software development company that was formally recognized by Microsoft for excellence and innovation.

Anthony Kan, VP Software Development

Borrowing from his two decades of software development experience, Anthony leads the development team responsible for building and enhancing the DTC product.
