Complex Rate Management

One of the most complex aspects of industrial construction time capture is rate management. Rates vary due to dozens of unions and trades, specialized provincial/state legislation, and unique contractual agreements with owners, which makes ensuring correct billing difficult, and prone to errors.

Specific features include:

• Ability to establish charge and cost rate tables based on resource, role, and activity combination.
• Ability to import and export rates into an excel spreadsheet format so they can be manually reviewed and approved.
• Ability to establish multiple effective dates for rate changes. Retroactive adjustments can be made at any time throughout the job. Effective dating allows users to pre-load future rates ahead of time rather than scrambling to make a large number of changes on the specific date they take effect. Retroactive adjustments will allow users to make historical adjustments while DTC calculates the retroactive effect of the change.
