When DTC becomes the single source of labour, equipment, materials usage and can then be used to electronically submit invoices and progress information to the general contractor the information can be validated and approved immediately. Efforts to reconcile with the general contractor and your own internal records become a thing of the past.
In some organizations, there are separate systems for Time and Attendance, for Time-off, for Billing and for Project Tracking. DTC is designed to meet all of these needs from within a single system and to integrate its data with other corporate systems as required.
